Vitamins Direct guarantees the quality of all the products we sell. If combined with the right basic diet and a targeted training program, our products will help you achieve the described goals. If you are in doubt then please ask!

Shipping and Delivery Guarantee
Most orders received before 3 pm are packed and shipped on the same day. Vans from Royal Mail pick up directly from our warehouse and the packages travel overnight to central sorting centres across the United Kingdom. We assume it will take 7-10 days for orders to be delivered. You may however be pleasantly surprised when your postman knocks on your door after just three days. All packages are sent by registered mail and you sign for receipt. If you do not have your package within 10 days, please send us an e-mail or give us a call and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

Payment Methods and Shipping Costs
Our minimum value for orders for UK orders is € 20.00.

Our minimum value for orders from EU countries other than the Netherlands and the United Kingdom is € 20.00. All orders can only be paid for with a credit card. We accept either Visa or Access/Mastercard. Orders are shipped only if payment has been approved. We charge € 5.00 (approx. £ 3.40) shipping costs on all EU orders. You will receive a printed receipt with your order.

If you do not want to send your details through the internet, you can also just tell us the necessary information by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Complaints
Vitamins Direct is a relatively small company with a tightly knit team. If someone complains then everyone knows about it immediately, and everything possible is done to solve the problem fast. Our offices are open during normal office hours. You can send us an e-mail and we will respond as soon as possible. Normally we respond within a couple of hours. We are very aware that a satisfied customer can refer us new customers, and that a dissatisfied customer can hurt our business. If we do something wrong, as occasionally can happen, then we will do our very best to correct it promptly.
