I am at my ideal weight, but lose weight easily and I want to grow further.

Approach:
Find the right balance in protein/carbohydrates and also train more often.

If you lose weight easily while you’re at your ideal weight, then you have a high metabolism. If you have a shortage of carbohydrates you will start to break down muscle tissue. However, as you are at your ideal weight it is also easier to build muscle tissue, for this you need proteins that contain the necessary amino-acids. Your basic approach is as follows:

A Make sure that your food only consists of high quality carbohydrates and proteins (30% high quality proteins, 69% high quality carbohydrates and 1% high quality fats). Click here to make healthy food choices.

B Never go hungry and only eat healthy snacks. Spread your meals throughout the day. Rather six small meals than three big ones.

C Work out 4 days a week and make sure you never train the same muscle group two days running. Consult your Gym for training schedules.

D Remember that getting enough rest (good and deep sleep) is just as important as training. In your case 3 days of rest will give better results than a workout every day. This is so that your body will get enough time to recover and develop muscle tissue. Make sure you relax as well as recharge.

E On workout days use two Fast Food shakes a day. Take one an hour after breakfast and the next one 30 minutes before your workout. On days of rest one shake should be plentiful.

F Immediately after your work-out, take 6 to 10 protein-rich Bodybuilding Aminos tablets, depending on how heavy you worked out.

Always keep to your basic approach. On top of this you can choose other supplements to speed up the process. For example:
