If you have followed all our advice related to your specific sport but still have reached a limit where you won’t grow any further then use the following check-list:

A Are you asking too much of your body? 2-3 kilos of dry muscle tissue is the maximum, for anyone who has everything going for them, can achieve and wants to stay healthy.

B Do you eat enough protein? Click here to see how much protein you need with your body weight for the ideal performance and for recovery.

C Do you get enough rest? Remember that rest (good and deep sleep) is just as important as training. In your case 3 days of rest will give better results than working-out every day. This is so that your body will get enough time to recover and develop muscle tissue. Make sure you relax as well as recharge.

D Do you use Hard Body, Body Evolution and Power Creatine daily? Even on the days you rest? Without enough protein your muscle tissue is not able to recover and grow. Creatine also helps you with this recovery and gives 15% more strength.
