Eat
organic foods whenever it is possible. They contain more vitamins and minerals,
higher quality carbohydrates, and above all less unhealthy chemicals.
With
meat products you need to be extra careful. The use of hormones
to fast-track the growth of young pigs, cows, chickens and turkeys
is widespread. Choose organic or at least genuine free-range
whenever possible. Fish should be as fresh as possible.
