How does it work?

Muscles are built up of fibres made from amino acids. When you train with weights that are heavier than your body is used to, these fibres are stimulated to grow. Recommended Daily Intake

Take 3-6 tablets immediately after each training session to ensure optimal muscle growth. The harder you have trained the more you will need. You can also use 1-2 tablets to fill the gaps in your day when you cannot eat enough protein-rich foods. This will protect your hard gained muscle tissue from being burned (catabolised) due to a lack of regular supply of amino acids.
